By registering, accessing, or using our WhatsApp Business API services, you (“User”, “Client”, or “Customer”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. SERVICES Chatwap provides access to WhatsApp Business API solutions, automation tools, messaging services, and related integrations. We act as a service facilitator and do not own WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. 2. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. 3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for: - Providing accurate information - Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials - All activities conducted through your account 4. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree NOT to: - Send spam or unsolicited messages - Send illegal, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent content - Violate WhatsApp or Meta policies - Promote prohibited products or services Violation may result in account suspension without refund. 5. PAYMENT & FEES All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. 6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: - Policy violations - Fraudulent activity - Government/legal requests - Abuse of system 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Chatwap shall not be liable for: - WhatsApp number bans - Message delivery failures caused by Meta - Business losses or indirect damages 8. DATA USAGE We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 9. MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. 10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. By registering on Chatwap.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
