VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective Date: [15-02-2026] These Vendor Terms apply to individuals or entities (“Vendor”, “Reseller”, “Partner”) offering Chatwap services to end users. 1. ROLE OF VENDOR Vendors may resell or promote Chatwap services under agreed plans. 2. COMPLIANCE Vendor must: - Follow WhatsApp & Meta policies - Not promise unauthorized features - Not engage in misleading sales practices 3. RESPONSIBILITY Vendor is responsible for: - Their customers’ compliance - Proper documentation collection - Preventing spam usage 4. PAYMENTS Vendor pricing, commissions, and revenue share (if applicable) will be defined separately. 5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Vendor shall not: - Use fake documents - Onboard prohibited businesses - Create misleading advertisements - Resell to illegal industries 6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION We may terminate vendor access for: - Policy violations - Fraud - Reputational harm - Legal risk 7. NO PARTNERSHIP CLAIM Vendor may not claim official partnership with WhatsApp or Meta unless formally approved. 8. INDEMNIFICATION Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Chatwap harmless from any claims arising from vendor activities. 9. GOVERNING LAW Governed by the laws of India. By registering as a Vendor, you accept these Terms.
